A struggling fish processing center -- the Grimsby Seafood Village -- is hoping for a financial boost after the local authority in Lincolnshire, United Kingdom, secured a £10 million ($16 million/€2.3 million) Local Enterprise Growth Initiative (LEGI) fund.

However, a highly touted wind farm project, located just off the coast of the village in the Humber Estruary, is also eyeing the money -- an exceedingly difficult competitor to beat.
