Per Grieg of Grieg Seafood presented provisional results that showed solid growth for 2006 in his address to investors and analysts at the North Atlantic Seafood conference on Wednesday.
Revenue totaled almost NOK 700 million (€86.4 million/$114 million), with the result before tax of NOK 175 million (€21.6 million/$28.6 million). Earnings before intersest, taxation, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) reached NOK 222 million (€27.4 million/$36.2 million).
“We have ambitions of further growth, and we envisage in the course of the next few years that we figure among the five biggest companies,” he said.
