Greene King hasbeen recognized as the best foodservice outlet serving fish and chips in the UKat the National Fish and Chip Awards 2012, held at the Riverbank Park Plaza Hotelin London on Jan. 17.
The OldEnglish Inns, based in Bury St Edmunds, chain came first in the final of theBest Foodservice Outlet serving Fish and Chips at the event organized byUK industry authority Seafish.
The categoryis open to all general foodservice operators with four or more outlets in theirgroup or chain which serve fish and chips.
