Under the agreement, Linnaeus Capital Partners B.V. will subscribe for the full amount of a convertible bond loan of €15 million ($18.1 million), which was approved at the company's annual meeting last week.
This is the second time that Linnaeus is backing an aquaculture group. In February, it invested AUD $2.4 million (€1.6million./$2.2 million)in Cell Aqua, the Australian salmon producer.
The bond will have a conversion price of €1.80 ($2.25) and a maturity of three years. The bond will be mandatorily converted into shares at maturity, if it has not been converted earlier at the option of the bondholder.
