German fish fast food chain announced it will move into new headquarters in Bremerhaven, Germany, next year.

Parent group Theo Müller will invest around €5 million ($5.8 million) in constructing the offices, which will be located in a 3,000 square meters big area close to the fishing port I in Bremerhaven.

Construction is slated to kick off this spring, Nordsee, which celebrates its 120th founding anniversary next year, said.

Hiltrud Seggewiß, the company’s CEO, said the moving date is set for April 23, 2016.

The new building will be able to accommodate 150 people.
