UK-based equipment supplier Fusion Marinehas secured an order for 14 Triton 400 farm pens for The Scottish SalmonCompany’s newest site at Sgeir Dughall, Loch Torridon, Scotland.
Worth approximately £600,000(€751,360/$936,720), the order brings to nearly £1 million (€1.3 million/$1.6million) the total value of contracts with the Scottish Salmon Company (SSC)over recent months, as the salmon company expands its operations on the westcoast of Scotland.
Developed to meet the demanding conditionsfound in open sea fish farm sites, the Triton 400 pens were chosen for theirstrength and durability, providing the highest possible levels of stockcontainment, as well as a safe and stable working platform for the fish farmoperatives.
