One-in-five products will be certified by 2015 under U.N. Food and Agricultural Organization (FAO) standards, after the industry agreed voluntary targets with the French government.

Minister for Environment, Transport and the Sea Jean-Louis Borloo agreed to targets with the seafood industry as part of the "Grenelle de la Mer" talks in Paris.
