Illinois-based Fortune Fish & Gourmet announced several senior leadership promotions this week.
Mark Palicki was promoted to president of Fortune Fish & Gourmet, where he will oversee the distribution processing companies in Illinois and Minnesota. He joined Fortune Fish & Gourmet in 2006 as its vice president of marketing.
Jon Novak, previously director of new markets, was promoted to president of Fortune Fish & Gourmet Minnesota and its two coastal retail stores in the Twin Cities.
Ana Cabral, previously director of new business development for the Gourmet division, is now vice president and general manager of Fortune Gourmet.
