Five Star founder John Fenty, now the chairman of Grimsby Town Football Club and a local councilor, registered Five Star Fish in Waiting Limited on Companies House on Jan. 14.
Fenty is listed as the sole director of the company. He was unavailable to comment to IntraFish on the move.
Five Star parent company British Seafood and several of its subsidiaries went into administration with Deloitte on Feb.22. Five Star held out until Feb. 28, before it was announced it was also in administration with Deloitte.
