The former Mariner Seafoods processing plant in Brudenell, Prince Edward Island (PEI), which closed nearly three years ago, is once again getting a new lease on life, reported CBC News.
The facility has been purchased by North Lake Fisheries 2013 Ltd., the same Los Angeles-based company which bought a fish plant in North Lake in 2013, said the company's lawyer David Prince from his office in California.
Incorporation documents filed with the Prince Edward Island government list Ming Bin Kou as president of North Lake Fisheries, and his brother Ming Shin Kou as the company's secretary/treasurer.
