Former Coolfish president and CEO and seafood entrepreneur and educator James Griffin will speak on "the seafood information crisis" at FirstSource Events' sixth annual Seafood 1on1 exchange in Providence, Rhode Island in June.
Griffin, the former president and CEO of Slade Gorton's Coolfish division, is now an associate professor at Providence's Johnson & Wales University and will speak on sustainability vs supply chain complexity in the seafood industry.
