According to the Aquanoticias Web site, Radic started as an administrator at Pesquera Iquique. He later became the general manager of Companía Minera Chañaral y Taltal and then the CEO of Molinos y Fideos Luchetti. He entered the mining industry as the CEO of Minera Cerro Negro, and lastly returned to the fisheries sector, becoming CEO of Salmones Tecmar in 1993.
His work in the Association of Chilean Salmon and Trout Producers was strongly focused on working with the Fisheries Undersecretariat to draw up a proposal to amend the General Fisheries and Aquaculture Law and also an environmental regulation on general aquaculture and salmon farming.
