Fjordlaks, a Norwegian producer of clipfish, steelhead trout and fish oil, extended its board of directors by one person.
The group added Roy Reite as its new board member, according to a note in the Bronnoysund Register.
Reite is CEO of the design and shipbuilding group Vard, and also deputy chairman of the board at Sparebanken More.
Otherwise Fjordlaks' board of directors remains the same with Anders Pedersen as chairman and Anita Pedersen and Asbjorn Jarle Rutgerson as board members.
Nova Sea also registered a change in its board.
