Xiping Opeck Food Co. Ltd.; Shanghai Ocean Flavor International Trading Co. Ltd.; China Kingdom (Beijing) Import & Export Co. Ltd.; Xuzhou Jinjiang Foodstuffs Co. Ltd.; and Nanjing Gemsen International Co. Ltd. all sold freshwater crawfish tail meat in the United States at prices below fair market value, a practice called dumping.

The shipments were made between Sept. 1, 2008, through Aug. 31, 2009, the department said in preliminary results announced Wednesday in the Federal Register.

The companies were assessed the following antidumpoing rates:
