Dutch firm Kennemervis has jointly formed the Fishes Trademark business unit with the Fishes Holding company, which still retains 100 percent of its privately owned and franchised retail stores.
This venture will push the Fishes brand in the European marketplace, van Olphen told IntraFish.
“I’m delighted we concluded the deal. I think that as a result Fishes will be stronger than ever,” said van Olphen.
“Our aim is to expand the Fishes brand into most European markets. Kennemervis supplies many retailers and has excellent logistics in place so we can supply more volume and reach so many more consumers.”
