Fish food trucks go where the customers are

Seafood trucks are cropping up across the United States, riding a mobile restaurant wave of that began spilling onto the market 10 years ago.

In the Washington D.C. area, the Go Fish food truck is turning heads with its lobster roll and crab cakes. In New York, the Red Hook Lobster Pound is attracting attention from CBS.com, which featured it in its “NYC’s 7 Best Food Trucks” article in April and its “Best Lobster Rolls” list in June. And in Miami, Que Pinche Tacos' swai fish taco is the second best selling item on the menu.
