Findus Italy's newly launched salmon fish fingers already account for 10 percent of the group's fish finger sales, Iglo Foods Group revealed in its 2011 annual report.

Fish overall was a key driver behind Findus Italy’s growth in 2011, with sales growing by more than 12 percent, the report said.

“In 2011, salmon fish fingers were launched and now account for 10 percent of Findus (in Italy’s) total fish finger business, without cannibalizing existing sales,” Findus Italy’s managing director Luca Mignini said in Iglo’s 2011 financial report.
