The coated fish market in France grew 12.5 percent in 2009, 3.3 percent in June alone.
“At the turn of the year we thought we had the wind in our sail, and this confirms that. The numbers now speak for themselves,” Matthieu Lambeaux, managing director of Findus France, told IntraFish.
