Filipino tuna canning group Century Pacific Food intends to make an initial public offering to raise as much as P3.3 billion ($74 million/€54.5 million), according to the Business Inquirer.
The group -- the largest producer of canned food in the country -- filed an application with the Securities and Exchange Commission for upwards of 227 million shares, or around 10-12 percent of the company. The offering will run from Mar. 28-Apr. 3, the Inquirer reported.
Century Pacific operates five production facilities, producing both private label product, and branded products, including its Century Tuna and 555 brands.
