The latest update from Fish Pool shows the salmon exchange’s customers anticipate a price of NOK 42.10 ($7.28/€5.63) per kilo for May, with prices falling to NOK 38.50 ($6.66/€5.15) in June and NOK 37 ($6.40/€4.95) in July.
In August, prices are forecast to fall further to NOK 33.50 ($5.79/€4.48) per kilo.
Anticipated average for the third quarter shows a negative trend compared to last week and is now at NOK 33.67 ($5.82/€4.50) per kilo, while the fourth quarter projection calls for a per-kilo price of NOK 32.83
