Extreme Seafoods owners wrapped up their first processing season in Bristol Bay earlier this month and executives told IntraFish the company will be back next season.

"We had our share of challenges, but we ended up processing a lot of fish and quality was good," said Austin Blackwell, co-owner of the new Bristol Bay salmon processor. "We were happy with what we were able to produce. We did a lot of H&G fresh, a little frozen and a little in fillets.
