Players IntraFish has been in contact with this week report prices for the fish to be delivered next week at NOK 38 (€4.7/$6.5) to NOK 40 (€4.9/$6.8) per kilo. Prices could go as high as NOK 42 (€5.2/$7.1) per kilo.
“There seems to be little fish this week. It's probably a degree of pressure in relation to smoking up to Easter, but we know about players who do not buy salmon at this level,” said an exporter to IntraFish.
