Global Fish has finally lifted the veil on Europe's largest industrial fish farming unit, and the people behind producing tropical fish in Poland are optimistic about its growth potential.
"We can sell tilapia straight from the water, and deliver within 24 hours of harvest, pretty much anywhere in Europe," Jakob Kicerman, board member of Global Fish -- a Polish company farming tilapia -- told IntraFish.
Kicerman sounds appropriately elated for somebody at the helm of Europe's largest land-based industrial fish farming unit.
