A young seafood company is looking to take a larger piece of the Canadian retail market with its growing line of value-added products.
Premier Marine Canada launched nearly four years ago, and although it's small with only six people, the company has grown quickly.
"We're one of the biggest seafood importers in Canada and service all the big grocery chains," said Sunny McGaw, marketing vice president. "We started with bulk shrimp then added shrimp rings. Now we're expanding our line up of value-added products."
