I've railed against the lack of innovation in this industry ad nauseum, but indulge me -- I'm particularly frustrated by the lack of imagination when it comes to Bristol Bay sockeye salmon.

If I haven't mentioned it before (and more than likely I have), I will now -- I'm from Bristol Bay, born and raised, so this really gets to me. I'm impatient at times, and this is one of those times. I harbor a deep disgust for the phrase "we tried that and it didn't work," or other variations on that theme.
