Bagel producer, Einstein Noah Restaurant Group has introduced a new premium honey smoked salmon sandwich to kick off Lent.
The product joins the signature Nova Lox sandwich, which has become a guest favorite at Einstein Bros Bagels and Noah's New York Bagels restaurants throughout the United States. The honey smoked salmon is served on a fresh-baked bagel with tomato cucumber relish and a spread of double-whipped onion and chive spread.
“Our honey smoked salmon sandwich provides our guests with a healthy and delicious option for a wholesome meal on the go,” said Glenn Lunde, chief concept officer for Einstein Noah.
