New Hampshire-based EcoFish, a leader in the sustainable seafood movement, recently achieved full national distribution through United Natural Foods Inc. (UNFI) for its new EcoFish Foodservice line.
The affiliation moves EcoFish a step closer to fulfilling its mission of making sustainable seafood available to all major market sectors, said CEO Henry Lovejoy.
"We finally jumped on the foodservice bandwagon," Lovejoy told IntraFish.
"There is so much opportunity. In the last two or three years, major foodservice operators started talking about this sustainable food sourcing.
