Dutch herring processor Haasnot-Vis, powered by the acquisitions of processing companies Neptunus and Vergro. is looking to expand the company further over the next year, with plans to introduce their pickled herring product to the United Kingdom, and leverage a newly-purchased transportation company, Haasnoot director Martin Haasnoot told IntraFish.
“Things are going very good," he said. "We merged the two companies into one company, and now we are building in the German, Polish, French markets for the next year, and also the UK."
