Dutch Pike Perch is looking for a buyer for its 70-metric tons capacity recirculation aquaculture system (RAS) farm located in Urk, The Netherlands.
According to a presentation from brokers Hoekstra, the farm is covering a total land area of 2,520 square meters with the option to take over an adjacent plot of 2,026 square meters.
The facility includes a storage area, a nursery and an office and is suited for a distribution hub, and an issue center or storage of live farmed fish.
