R. Domstein & Co AS said it received acceptances for 1,770,478 shares in Domstein ASA in its bid to acquire all shares in the company for a consideration of NOK 10 (€1.20/$1.60) per share.
Together with the 3,791,404 shares R. Domstein & Co AS already owns, this constitutes to 72.3 percent of all shares in the company by the end of the offer period on July 31.
