As many of you discovered during this week's Boston seafood show, we have launched our brand-new Seafood International Digital website, the new digital companion to our Seafood International print magazine.

SFI Digital content is updated daily and is focused on a single mission: to help retailers, foodservice professionals and seafood suppliers SELL MORE SEAFOOD.

We do this through content that teaches. Lots of the content is case-study style, in which we reach out to chefs, restaurateurs and retailers to hear from them directly on how they are selling more seafood.

Sometimes
