The latest overview from the Swiss salmon trading exchange reflects the current price trend observed in the spot market and on its Norwegian counterpart Fish Pool.
For the third quarter of 2011, buyers are offering NOK 28.50 (€3.68/$5.26) per kilo, while in October offers are at NOK 28 (€3.61/$5.17) per kilo.
From November 2011 up to and including March 2012, buyers are willing to pay NOK 29 (€3.74/$5.35) kroner per kilo.
This rises to NOK 29.50 (€3.8/$5.45) per kilo in the second quarter of 2012, while July 2012 reaches a peak of NOK 30.25
