A deal between chemical giant BASF and Crandon Chile Ltda. was sealed at the end of last year, and included the sale of the BASF premix business.
Based on the agreement, Crandon Chile will produce and sell the vitaminized and mineral premix products of the LutavitMix line formerly offered by BASF.
All the staff of the BASF premix plant and the plant itself now form part of Crandon Chile Ltda.,
