The ruling, published Friday in the Federal Register, upholds the preliminary ruling issued in June by the U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC) that found Xiping Opeck did not sell crawfish tail meat at below-market prices.
Also in the preliminary review, the department found Now Again International Trading Co. Ltd. and Yancheng Hi-King Agriculture Developing Co. Ltd. had no shipments of subject merchandise during the period of review and rescinded the administrative review with respect to these companies.
That finding was upheld in the final decision.
