Silver awards were presented to Inverawe Smokehouses in Argyll, Scotland and Johnson Seafarms from Shetland for Cod and Inverawe Smokehouses, Argyll for Gravadlax.

The Organic Smokehouse from Clunbury picked up a bronze award for its smoked salmon mousse at the prize giving ceremony on Friday.

Celebrity chefs Raymond Blanc and Sophie Grigson were among the guests at Friday’s ceremony in Bristol.
