On Monday, Judge Kay Adams issued a summons to several executives of Alaska-based Cannery Creek Hatchery and David Reggiani, Jr., Prince William Sound Aquaculture Corporation (PWSAC) general manager, for charges in connection to an alleged 2013 diesel fuel spill and improper reporting of the leak.
