Copeinca's chairman Samuel Dyer was elected to Cermaq's board of directors for a period of two years with effect from the date of (and therefore subject to) the completion of Cermaq's voluntary offer for the shares in Copeinca. The chair of the board, Baard Mikkelsen, was not up for election.
Coriat received 70.64 percent of the votes at today's annual general meeting (AGM) of Cermaq, and he will be a member of the Cermaq board if the Copeinca acquisition goes through.
