North America’s largest vertically integrated, independent salmon farming company is not slowing down with the building of its new plant.
Cooke Aquaculture does not have an exact location but knows it will be in New Brunswick, close to its other facility and headquarters.
"The new plant will enhance our value-added products and help bring them to the next level to compete with the global industry," Nell Halse, communications VP at the firm, told IntraFish. "It indicates the type of product we're trying to move toward."
