The owners of Contessa Premium Foods told IntraFish there are no plans to sell the company to celebrity chef Ina Garten.
Jared Wien, a principal at Sun Capital, a private equity firm that bought it out of bankruptcy in 2007, said although there's been discussion about the potential sale of the company in the future, no "serious" discussion have been held with Garten or any other potential buyer.
