The stuffed mussels and tuna will be covered by a “crunchy breading” and will be easy to digest “due to a light touch of oil,” it said.

Congalsa will launch the products at the European Seafood Exposition, from May 3 to 5 this year.

The stuffed mussels can be served “as an appetizer or accompanying a first plate due to its size.”

Based in Galicia, northern Spain, Congalsa specializes in precooked seafood-based frozen products.
