After the unexpected death of aquaculture and seafood equipment company Environmental Technologies Inc.'s (ETI) founder, president and CEO Roger Shingleton this past July, the company is working on keeping the business thriving.

Shingleton died of a heart attack on July 25 at the age of 61.

"It was unexpected, yes, especially for somebody that young," the company's new president and Shingleton protege Victor Delucchi told IntraFish.

Delucchi, who was born and raised in Peru, met Shingleton by chance in the South American nation when he had returned from Seattle to visit his family in the early 1990s.
