"Steiro’s stepping down is done in an understanding between the parties. There is no drama about it,” Chairman of the board Harald Dahl told IntraFish.
"Steiro has been important in building up the company. But we must gear down one or two notches, and that means changes," he said.
“Due to the situation we are in now, we have to attack problems from all angles. As with so many others we have been affected by the finance crisis. We have negative margins."
