Marin Invest – which is 68 percent owned by Baard Sindre Skarshaug, 20 percent by Havlandet Havbruk and 12 percent by Codfarmers – had signed a 5-year contract with Codfarmers in 2006 on delivery of juveniles.
Its assets, including six cod production licenses, have been put up for sale.
An overview of claims on the company is not yet available, as the deadline for submitting claims is Nov.10.
