Clear Springs Foods new marketing director, Jessica Henry, is just two months into the her role and also brand new to the seafood industry -- and she's noticed a pattern.

"I know Alaska seafood has done a fair job of marketing but a lot of people don't seem like they're marketing to the consumer level," Henry told IntraFish.

"We're trying to drive a lot of awareness for seafood, and more specifically rainbow trout, and how it fits in with a more sustainable lifestyle."
