Australian aquaculture company Clean Seas Tuna is in non-exclusive talks with potential partners for its kingfish business, as it announced the appointment of financial services firm BBY.
“Clean Seas has engaged in discussions with a number of parties in relation to its kingfish business. The discussions are preliminary, incomplete and non-binding,” the company said.
Clean Seas has engaged BBY for assessing and assisting with the preliminary expressions of interest from third parties, as well as reviewing other opportunities in conjunction with the company’s board.
