China Fishery Group is not concerned by Veramar's announcement earlier on Tuesday that it has reached 10 percent ownership in Peruvian fishmeal producer Copeinca.
Rudi Tsai, director of strategic development in Pacific Andes, owner of China Fishery, expects Veramar to transfer 8.97 percent of its Copeinca shares to China Fishery soon following the conclusion of the arbitration proceedings last week.
