Eligible purchasers of certain StarKist products bought between Feb. 19, 2009 to Oct. 31, 2014 can go to this website to claim their settlement.
Plaintiff Patrick Hendrick filed a class-action lawsuit against tuna giant StarKist claiming the firm underfilled its tuna cans, which StarKist denies.
The Court did not rule in favor of either party but agreed to a proposed settlement. In July, US District Judge Haywood Gilliam granted "preliminary approval of the class action settlement ... and the settlement plan of allocation."
