More than 400 delegates from around the world are expected to attend the four-day event, organized by the Global Aquaculture Alliance, and taking place at the Four Seasons Hotel in Vancouver from Oct. 26 to 29, 2015.
Celebrity chef and author Barton Seaver, and Ned Bell, executive chef of YEW Restaurant + Bar/Four Seasons Vancouver, are also set to give keynote speeches at the conference.
