Pinnacle Foods, owner of the Mrs. Paul's, Van De Kamp's and Birdseye brand in the United States, announced Wednesday CEO Robert Gamgort was leaving to take on the role as chief executive at Keurig Green Mountain.
The company said it expects a "seamless" transition to a new executive from a pool of internal and external candidates.
Gamgort leaves at the end of April.
