British Seafood Group CEO Mark Holyoake appeared as a witness at an employment tribunal in London over alleged sex and race discrimination brought by the claimant against her employer China Export Finance Ltd., a company of which Holyoake is principal shareholder.
The respondents also included China Export Finance CEO Karl Alomar and U.K. Sales Director Matthew Cooke.
Ngoc-Tram Nghiem alleged sex and race discrimination, including harassment and victimization while working as European Business Development Manager at the company between August 2006 and April 2008.
